STANDARD FEATURES
  • 42R6 AC 3-phase motor provides high starting torque, variable speed, and predictable performance. Compatible with many inverter drives (VFDs). TENV.
  • Class "F" insulation and ratings; Rated ambient temp: +40°C.
  • Permanently lubricated, noise-tested, sealed, ball bearings.
  • Hardened steel gearts for long life and maximum performance.
  • Hollow shaft eliminates need for shaft couplings and extra mounting hardware.
  • Two gearhead sizes: 25H2 (5:1 to 60:1) with 1-inch hollow shaft, and 30H3 (80:1 to 240:1) with 1.25-inch hollow shaft bore size. One plastic shaft cover is included with each gearmotor.
  • Face mount via four tapped holes or through-bolts.
  • Unvented gearhousing mounts in any orientation.
  • High-performance Grease. Gearmotors are lubricated for life.
  • More efficient than similar-sized worm-gear models.
  • Motor can be terminated in end shield. Optional Terminal box 0988 is available.
  • IP-66 protection against water ingress and dust (with PG11 fitting and cord installed).
  • Drop-in alternative for many Bison, Brother, and Oriental Hypoid gearmotors.
